Include the app name, version, iPhone model and what happened. Never include passwords or sign-in codes.

Beta access

Choose Demo account login on the welcome screen and enter the credentials in your TestFlight instructions. This opens a connected review workspace with sample data. A beta login does not grant access to the real alumni directory or administrative workspace.

Both demo accounts share the review workspace. Admin publishing and controls affect the connected member demo account. Use sample information only; other reviewers and beta testers may see shared review records. The optional offline preview in GCIOBA Canada is separate and can be reset from Profile.

Live sign-in

Choose Sign in securely and use your association-approved account. If access is denied, contact the association. Membership approval and permission to sign in are separate. Sign out when using a shared device.

What this release includes

Directory, saved members, community updates, events, RSVPs and giving information. The separate admin app adds membership review, follow-ups, publishing controls and recent activity. Messaging, payment processing and self-service account registration are not included.

Your data

To request correction or deletion of live profile or account information, email the association from your registered address. We may verify your identity before acting. See our privacy policy for details.
